About Pinnacle Home Inspections and Radon Testing

My name is Gabe Taylor and I am a native of Avery County, N.C.

I’ve spent most of my life living and working in the High Country, most recently moving back to the area with my family in 2021. I’m thrilled to be working in Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Newland, Spruce Pine, Bakersville and surrounding areas in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee.

Along with my experience as a licensed home inspector and radon tester in this region, I have over a decade of experience in facilities management and being a contractor liason.

As a licensed home inspector in both North Carolina and Tennessee, I am required to take continuing education training as well as board-approved update courses each year. My experiences paired with my knowledge of the area helps to provide a quality home inspection experience. Learn more about the Pinnacle home inspection process.

While North Carolina and Tennessee do not require radon certification to provide testing, I hold a Radon Measurement Professional certification through the National Radon Proficiency Program, allowing me to provide customers with the most accurate results. My certification requires continuing education that allows me to stay on top of industry standards of practice. Learn more about radon testing.

This profession allows me to help people make informed decisions about large investments that may be the most important investment of their life. I’m very thankful to have the opportunity to serve the community I grew up in and love.
